After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order reference number. Visit our Track Order page, enter your reference and email address to see your order status in real time.

We currently deliver across Lagos and select states in Nigeria. For deliveries outside Lagos, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order so we can confirm availability and shipping cost.
Within Lagos: 1–3 business days. Outside Lagos: 3–7 business days depending on your location. We'll send you a WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched.
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be confirmed via WhatsApp after your order is placed. Lagos delivery typically starts from ₦1,500.
Yes! You can pick up your order at no extra cost. Contact us on WhatsApp after placing your order to arrange a pickup time and get our address.
All our thrift items are carefully inspected and selected. We only stock items that are clean, wearable, and in good condition. Each listing clearly states whether an item is thrift or brand new.
We recommend washing all thrift items before wearing them, as is standard practice. Items are sorted and inspected but may not be individually washed before dispatch.
Absolutely! Chat us on WhatsApp with the item name and we'll send you detailed photos before you commit to buying.
Thrift items are available in various sizes as stocked. The listing will indicate the size where known. If you need a specific size, contact us and we'll let you know what's available.
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery if the item received is significantly different from what was described or if it arrives damaged. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos of the item.
Size exchanges are possible subject to availability. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The customer bears the cost of returning the item and we'll cover the cost of sending the replacement.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate the process. Note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
Underwears and innerwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items and thrift items marked as final sale are also non-returnable. All other items are eligible for return within our policy window.
